About Us
St. Lucie West Auto Repair is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years experience. We may be new to the area but we are not new to the industry. Tony started in high school in the Auto Shop Class and never looked back. His passion for knowing how a car runs and what it needs to run effiecently are what drives him every day. He studied at Canton University and Tridedent Technical College where he earned his ASE certifiactions. He didn't stop there though. Eager to keep on top of the industry, Tony continued his training in the fields of Automotive Air Conditioning, Diagnostics, Tires and Customer Service. Tony believes that you should never stop learning.
Anna Marie joined Tony when he opened his first shop in NY. She worked with him for five years before persueing a career as a florist. After 15 years, 3 children and many, many snow storms. Tony and Anna Marie decided to head south. They went to Charleston, SC and fell in love with the culture. While in Charleston, Tony managed several large automotive repair companies helping bring their stores up to expected quotas. After several years of being told what to do by corporate, and being told a customer was just a number, he decided it was time to branch out on his own once again. Tony just wanted his customers to feel like they were a friend, not a number. While trying to find a location in Charleston, and not having much luck, his mom called and said she found the perfect place. That place was in Florida and once again he had to make a decision to move. Believing he could be the NEIGHBORHOOD MECHANIC he once was, he went for it. Now Anna Marie and Tony are in St Lucie West, Florida helping neighbors as they have always wanted to do.
